Frequently Asked Questions
Answers about returns, delivery, condition and how liquidation shopping works at 789 Home Outlet.
We primarily operate cash-and-carry. For large appliances and heavy items, please speak with a sales associate in-store about local delivery options or trusted third-party recommendations.
Because pricing is already deeply discounted (up to 50% off retail), all sales are generally final. We strongly encourage you to inspect and test items in-store before purchasing to ensure you are happy with the condition.
We sell a mix of overstock (brand-new, never opened), open-box and customer returns. Items are clearly priced according to condition. Open-box merchandise is inspected for function before it hits the floor. This mix is what allows us to price merchandise at up to 50% off retail.
We accept cash and major credit and debit cards. Ask in-store for current accepted payment options.
New truckloads typically arrive weekly. Inventory turns over fast — what's on the floor Monday may not be there Saturday. If you spot something at the right price, grab it before someone else does.
We're an in-store-only operation. Because inventory changes daily and many items are one-of-a-kind, the best way to shop is in person at our Miller Place store or the new Bronx Grand Opening location.
No. 789 Home Outlet is open to the public and requires no membership fee or card. Walk in and start saving.
Yes. Power tools and many small appliances can be tested in-store. Open-box items can be inspected inside and out before you commit. We want you confident in your purchase.
The Bronx Grand Opening location at 1677 Washington Ave, NY 10457 is open every day from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We open early so contractors can grab supplies before the jobsite.
Both stores have on-site or street parking available. The Miller Place location offers easy parking. For the Bronx store, please follow posted parking regulations on Washington Ave.
